This is a blog about stuff Southerners like.  It’s funny because it’s true.  Through the stereotypes it exploits, it will attempt to demonstrate what it means to be a Southerner.

Southerners live in the Southeastern region of the United States, particularly the states below the Mason-Dixon line.  Florida is not considered part of the South because it is full of transplanted northerners and Cubans.

Living in the South does not necessarily make you a Southerner.  If you like everything on this list, you probably qualify.

    Davis,
I’d love to help contribute to this blog. I had the same idea and saw you had already started it so I figure might as well try and join. Please shoot me your email address to see if we can work something out.
